This small, black jewelry case was purchased from an antique center near Glasgow, Scotland. Contacting Goyard, Jim found out that this piece was from the 1920's. The initials, LCT, which could very well stand for Louis Comfort Tiffany, is quite intriguing. Unfortunately, Goyard claims that all their records were lost due to the 2nd World War so they cannot confirm if the case was indeed commissioned by Mr Tiffany himself. Oh well, it is nice to think that this was specially made for him. Congratulations on your find, Jim and I'm sure you'll enjoy this Goyard in your home for years to come. Thank you for sharing your photos.
